Glacier View & Alberni Vallley Kennel Clubs RV Parking

RV spaces will be assigned in order of reciept of request as timestamped on the google form. One vehicle per site (tow vehicle + trailer counts as one) - all extra vehicles must park either in day parking. Clients dropping dogs off to handlers must either arrive 30 minutes prior to start of any judging or walk in - no exceptions.
There will be no driving on the field in the ring area during show hours for any reason. If driving in and out daily, you must arrive 30 minutes prior to start of judging, and will not be able to leave until after BIS. If you are parked in either front rows (fence line or mid field), you will not be able to leave until AFTER BIS.

Fence line parking - there are only 11 spaces along the fence - priority will be given to those who book for all 6 days.

There is NO guarantee of power, trees or shade - shade tents are strongly recommended.

All generators must be on boards to avoid damage to grounds.

Please fill out the form, you will receive an email with payment info. Depending on my work schedule, emails may be as much as 48 hours before they are sent. All reservations are timestamped, and spaces are allocated in order of reservation receipt.
